Taper Roller Bearing Pengenalan:
Galas roller tirus adalah galas yang berasingan, dan cincin dalam dan luar galas mempunyai raceways tirus. Galas jenis ini dibahagikan kepada jenis struktur yang berbeza seperti baris tunggal, baris dua dan empat baris galas penggelek tirus mengikut bilangan baris penggelek yang dipasang. Galas roller tirus baris tunggal boleh menahan beban jejarian dan beban paksi dalam satu arah. Apabila galas dikenakan beban jejarian, komponen paksi akan dihasilkan, jadi galas lain yang boleh menahan daya paksi dalam arah yang bertentangan diperlukan untuk mengimbangi.
Galas Penggelek TirusPermohonan
Galas penggelek tirus biasanya daripada jenis yang berasingan, iaitu pemasangan cincin dalam kon yang terdiri daripada cincin dalam dengan penggelek dan pemasangan sangkar boleh dipasang secara berasingan daripada serong luar (gelang luar). Galas roller tirus digunakan secara meluas dalam kereta, kilang rolling, perlombongan, metalurgi, jentera plastik dan industri lain.

B: sudut sentuhan meningkat
X: Dimensi luaran adalah mengikut piawaian antarabangsa.
CD: Cincin luar berganda dengan lubang minyak atau alur minyak.
TD: Cincin dalam berganda dengan lubang tirus.

– Pembungkusan eksport standard dan bahan pembungkusan yang dilindungi alam sekitar digunakan untuk galas kami, kotak tersuai, label, kod bar dan lain-lain juga boleh disediakan mengikut permintaan pelanggan kami
LOGISTIK
– Biasanya, galas kami akan dihantar kepada pelanggan melalui pengangkutan laut kerana beratnya, pengangkutan udara, ekspres juga tersedia jika pelanggan kami memerlukan.
WARANTI
– Kami menjamin galas kami bebas daripada kecacatan bahan dan mutu kerja untuk tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh penghantaran, waranti ini terbatal oleh penggunaan yang tidak disyorkan, pemasangan yang tidak betul atau kerosakan fizikal.
